DNS-100 Fuel Polishing and Scrubbing Technology

Comparison Analysis

Since the sensitivity of Gas Turbines requires a high level of cleanliness of the fuel, the efficiency equilibrium of the scrubbing system becomes detrimental. Therefore, the analysis of the fuel has to be done to an accuracy of ppb (parts per billion) rather than to ppm in order to determine compliance with the specification provided by engine manufacturer.

In addition to efficiency of the system other factor such as cost of installation, requirements and operational costs must be taken into consideration.
