Metal Preservation Coating

Metalon is water based Preservation System. Metalon is specifically formulated to prevent oxidation and rust while providing a dirt repelling surface. Metalon provides the treated surface with excellent chemical resistance and is well suited for marine salt environment.

Metalon can be applied on stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, chrome, copper, pewter and silver and preservs their attractive appearance.

Metalon treated objects will also be protected from scratching and will resist finger print marks when handled. Metalon offers protection against fading and deterioration.

Metalon preserved surface does not need to be polished and can be cleaned with only water or very mild shampoo/soap.

Metalon Preservation Coating is available in following alternatives:

• Colored High Gloss (Special Order)

• Colored Semi Gloss
• Fire Retardant Gloss or Semi Gloss (Provided Only to Selected Clients)
• Metalon ECHR™ with Elevated Chemical and Heat Resistance to withstand highly acidic, basic and hot environment. (Provided Only to Selected Clients)

*Metalon Preservation coating is differently formulated for application with brush, roller, HPLV spray gun, airless spray, etc. to provide the best viscosity for each application without compromise.
